The menu has been exclusively designed by Luke Mangan, from whom Luc-San takes it's namesake.
Luc-San pays tribute to Luke's grounding in classic French training under Michel Roux, coupled with his affinity for Japanese cuisine developed during his time owning and operating Salt, Tokyo.
With an impressive three decades of experience under his belt, Luc-San represents the fusion of Luke's enthusiasm for these two distinctive cuisines.
